If you make an enquiry about a consultation or training your personal information will be used to help us to respond appropriately.

How your personal data is collected

Personal data may be collected in the following ways:

  • When you make contact by post, telephone, text, email or via the website ‘contact us’ section

  •  If you send messages or request information via through social media

  • Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to provide our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store any data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

How your personal data may be used

Information is used to:

  • respond to enquiries

  • provide professional client consultations and training in line with our professional obligations

  • facilitate events and courses

  • inform clients and students about classes, news, events and  products

  • If you choose to join the mailing list you may be sent information which we believe is of interest to you. This may include future events, courses and updates or news. You can opt out by contacting us by email.

This information may include:

  • Contact details e.g. name, address, phone number, email address

  • Information concerning your health, medical conditions & medication

  • Date of birth, gender and marital status

  • Personal interests

  • Special educational requirements

  • Contact details of your family or next kin

  •  Information concerning your business and related goals

For telephone purchases and on-line payments:

  • If payment is made by telephone any credit card details will be processed safely and in keeping with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

  • Any online payments will be processed by PayPal who will process your payment though their secure online system. You can view their own privacy policy here

Workshops and training

If you register interest in or attend any training events as a student (or volunteer) your information will be used to help facilitate your attendance at the event.  

You may be asked specifically if it you wish to share contact details with other students or volunteers to enhance your learning experience or to help you arrange practice opportunities.

Transfer of personal data outside the UK

Ordinarily we do not transfer personal data outside the UK.

One exception is, if you are a student and wish to receive an International Kinesiology College Certificate, the International Kinesiology College (IKC) will require your name, address, email and telephone number in order to process this request. How long do we keep your personal information?

Personal information will be kept only as long as is necessary to facilitate our interaction. In some circumstances, it is a requirement to keep the information for a set period of time, e.g. Client records – 7 years or, in the case of young clients, for 7 years after their 18th birthday.

How do we store your personal information?

All client case histories are stored as a paper copy only in a locked filing cabinet. The details are used solely for the purposes of providing safe and effective therapeutic appointments. If you choose to send your consultation sheet via email it is printed and immediately deleted from the computer.

If you are a student and provide contact information or other information related to your learning it is stored on a computer protected by a password. Student information may also be stored as a paper copy locked in a filing cabinet.

Information related to online payments either for products or services is processed by our third party PayPal. This is done through our web site hosting company Wix. View their privacy policy here
