Touch for Health (TFH) Is a series of classes designed to introduce the foundations of kinesiology. We learn how to assess and balance the structures and subtle energies of the body using muscle monitoring techniques. This method also allows us to find the most appropriate way of balancing the person.

Touch for Health is accredited by the International Kinesiology College and taught in over 30 countries throughout the world.

It is taught over 6 modules (each module 15 hours)

• Touch for Health Proficiency

• Touch for Health Metaphors

If all classes are completed students may wish to complete the Touch for Health Proficiency Assessment, which comprises of completion of Touch for Health Workbook and practical Touch for Health Assessment. On successful completion students can work professionally as a Touch for Health Proficient Practitioner and can join the Kinesiology Federation of Great Britain.
